Beginnings

Sunset View Elementary
opened its doors on September
3, 1959. The initial cost of
building the school was
$268,734. The original building
has been added on to several
times, and presently has 6 portable
classrooms at the back of
the building.

Thanks for posting the picture. Mr. Rawlinson is my grandpa, so it was kind of cool to see pictures of him back in the day.
